Q: Where do lessons take place?
All lessons take place live and online through our custom video conference portal in the comfort of your home or office. There is no software to download and your lesson will start at your scheduled time, accessed at the touch of a button.
Q: What if I want to add lessons onto my package?
Great! If you ever run out of credits, lessons can be added on at a $5 discount. Additional 30-minute lessons will be $27, additional 45-minute lessons will be $35, and additional 1-hour lessons will be $43.
Q: How do I return the instrument?
If your instrument is damaged, you must notify us immediately upon receipt (within 24 hours) and we will arrange for you to ship it back to us at no cost. If the instrument is damaged by the customer, it is not returnable or exchangeable.
Q: How does Care2Rock help kids in need?
Our teachers agree to volunteer for kids in foster care and hospitals for free, so every lesson you take helps give free lessons to kids across the US that otherwise would have no access to music. Thanks for changing lives with Care2Rock!
Q: How does Care2Rock match me with an instructor?
We will send you a short survey and then suggest the 3 best fit teachers for you. Then, easily book lessons with your favorite through our portal.
Q: Do I get to keep the instrument?
Once you complete the minimum number of months listed for your subscription, your instrument is yours to keep! We want to give our students the best possible opportunity to learn, and that, of course, means having an instrument to play!

Care2Rock buys these instruments wholesale and then passes the savings on to you!
Q: What if I’d like to change my plan?
Instead of changing plans, we suggest booking additional lessons at a discounted rate.

Cancel at any time. Simply ship your instrument back to us first and there is no further obligation on your part to take lessons. Instrument must be in good working order (not damaged) in order to cancel.
Since your instrument is free, however, we do not pay return shipping. We will provide packing instructions for you to ship back safely. If you want to keep your instrument, you must agree to continue with lessons until the expiration of your subscription period.
Once you have selected and paid for a subscription package, we will help match you with the perfect teacher. Next, you are able to book lessons when convenient for you. Finally, just meet your teacher online at your booked time. Although it is optimal to take from the same teacher, you are free to take lessons from different teachers throughout your subscription period.
